The appointment is for our counter, not for you.

Our team handles intake at the counter — your appointment is the time we're going through your items, not the time you have to be there. Drop your items off any time within 3 days of your slot, then come back when we're done.

Think of it like dropping your car at the mechanic. The slot is for us; you go enjoy your day. We'll text you when your offer is ready.

What we look for

We cherry-pick the best of what comes in. Items we'll consider:

  • Clean, current style — NWT or gently worn, ideally 0–3 years old
  • Smoke-free and pet-free — strict policy. Smoke smell or pet hair = full pass.
  • Hanger-free, folded in any tote/bin/box
  • ~2 bins per appointment (35–40 minutes of counter time)

What we're typically buying

Looking for: latest-style ladies' tops, dresses, jackets, purses, premium activewear, men's active and fashion styles

Typically pass on: formals, suits, men's office wear, baby/toddler (we carry youth XS-XL only), basic cotton tees, scrubs

Brands we don't usually buy: Walmart, Shein, Shopko-house brands (Willow Bay, Northcrest, Energy Zone, Green Soda), Fashion Bug, Vanity, Wet Seal, Dress Barn

How to book

  1. Stop in at the store — we'll book you at the counter
  2. Book online below — calendar fills 2–4 weeks out, so book early
  3. Leave us a voicemail — we'll send you the booking link

  • Bring your photo ID (small amount of paperwork)
  • Drop your bins at the counter
  • We'll text you when we're done
  • Come back to see your offer
  • Sell any, all, or none — your call
